Term and Conditions

Fragile item is allowed for return if the product received in a damaged or broken condition. The goods can be sent back to us to replace with the new one.
The product should be sent in complete condition (including label) in a box/plastic package along with any related accessories. The goods still in your responsible until arrive in our warehouse. Shipping cost is on buyer responsibility.
Return will be accepted within 2×24 hours upon the goods received by attaching photo or video. After that time, Tatephoo is allowed to refuse with/without any reasons.
Please read carefully the description of the goods before purchasing, as Tatephoo will not accept return for refund if it because of the size error (too small/ big), wrong color, etc. Size and color of the product is clearly mentioned on the”Product description”
Please double check your shopping cart before payment is made. Payment that is confirmed is not allowed to changes or canceled.
We’ll accept refund/replacement if Product received is not accordance against description. Please send photo item that is incorrect to
cs@tatephoo.com, then we will inform you for refund or replacement.
Replacement can be done 1x, if the replace goods has been received, you’re not allowed to make replacement again.
Tatephoo will only responsible for courier cost, If an error occurs on our part.
In addition to the above conditions, product with Free size (bag & accessories), and discount price are can not be returned.
